Flexologist
Health & fitness has always been the foundation for my well-being. I am passionate about helping others feel and move better in their bodies. When we feel good, we show up with more confidence, joy, and freedom! In addition to being a Flexologist, I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition coach. My “why” is to do things with purpose and on purpose. Making a difference, in ways big and small, fulfills me most. StretchLab provides the perfect space for educating people about ways that stretching can improve quality of life. It’s the foundation of all movement, provides so many benefits and should be more of a priority! I love a good rotational stretch for the low back, it relieves tension and feels amazing. Interests outside of work? Reading, exploring nature, traveling, and did I mention reading?
